Indonesian Bank Streamlines Trade Finance Processing With Surecomp
As per the latest news, Trade Finance tech specialist Surecomp has announced that BTPN, one of the leading privately-owned banks in Indonesia and part of SMBC Group, is live with DOKA solution to initiate streamlined back-office trade finance processing.
The above-mentioned solution, which has replaced the bank’s earlier trade finance application, is facilitated in Jakarta and has been completely deployed & upheld by Surecomp’s local groups in Asia. This DOKA solution has been coordinated with the bank's other trading systems for limits, and position management, sanction screening, Swift connection, collateral management, and core banking. It will allow BTPN to convey a more effective customer service upheld by speeding up the internal processing of its developing trade finance transactions in the form of Letters of Credit (LCs), documentary collections as well as trade loans.
